Holy Taco does one thing: al pastor tacos.

And they just opened their second location in Pleasant Grove.

If you don’t know what al pastor is, quick intro:

Al pastor is a Mexican dish featuring spit-grilled pork, typically marinated in a combination of dried chilies, spices, and pineapple, then shaved off the spit and served in tacos.

Translation = small delicious tacos, rich pork, with a hint of acidity from the pineapple.

Holy Taco opened in 2022.

Their tacos are street style so you need a few of them.

They also have larger options like the Gringa (quesadilla with taco meat inside) and Torta (sandwich).

I was chatting with the cashier and she said most guys get either a couple of tacos, or a Gringa/Torta + 1 taco.
