Best baklava in Utah. Tons of pastries and sandwiches. Beautiful shop.
Absolutely delicious baklava. I would say it is the best baklava I have eaten in Utah, and one of the best I have had outside of the Middle East.
Add to that a fantastic array of other types of pastries, and a beautiful, Instagrammable shop.
You need to try Pink Sweets Cafe.

Why:
I would recommend it for the pastries and the beautiful location alone.
But add in the baklava… and it is a must-eat.
My wife and I were talking about the baklava literally days after we ate all of it. That is how good it is. Crunchy phyllo dough, amazing fillings, topped with honey and pistachios.
We will be going back soon, both to try their paninis and to get another box of baklava.
