Cookies have competition, Dessert Blox makes delicious square desserts
There are a lot of gourmet cookie companies in Utah (full review coming soon) but why should circles have all the fun?
Dessert Blox took the idea and applied it to brownies and bars, and everything square.
Located in American Fork, Dessert Blox opened its doors April, 2021.
They have Signature BLOX flavors which change Monthly, and Specialty BLOX which change Weekly.

When I went there it was pretty busy. A local youth football team was celebrating victory or defeat and it was very full.
I got a box of 4 items:
Peanut Butter Bar
Brownie
Cream Cheese Frosted Brownie (my wife loves cream cheese frosting)
Cinnamon Toast Rice Crispy
We really enjoyed all of them. I didn’t love the cream cheese frosting, it was too strong for me. I surprisingly loved the rice krispy. I thought it would be same old, but it was super soft and tasty. I wanted more peanut butter in the peanut butter bar.
Overall, I really enjoyed it, and I would definitely go again.
