We tried the Sampler which serves you 6 of their star dishes.

1. Chicken

2. Steak

3. Shrimp

4. Veggies

5. Pork

6. Cheese Dip

It comes on this rotating Lazy Susan and but there is nothing lazy about it. That dish works it hard.
Everything was delicious. We particularly liked the Pork, the Cheese Dip, and the Shrimp.

That staff all wear the same clean uniform + apron and they are effective and nice.

And finally, we asked about dessert. The Butter Cake is king.

Soft, chewy, crumbly, decadent. I would go there just for the Butter Cake. And the waiter reported some do just that.
